These “scrappy” toys are made to go the distance.
Each cat toy is handmade with resilient designer fabric remnants from our pet bed products — keeping fabric out of the landfill & putting feline fun everywhere else. We take the time to carefully comb through our canvas and minky fabric scraps, paring them up to create these sets of coordinating cat jingle toys.
The Catnip Jinglers come in sets of 2, for those inevitable moments when your cat enthusiastically loses one toy under the sofa.
Our catnip leaf is naturally grown and dried in the USA, then shipped to us while it’s still freshly fragrant. Unlike most catnip brands, ours is stem-free, so there’s no risk that spiky stems will hurt your cat’s mouth as he’s attacking it. Most cats find it irresistible, too - cats who usually ignore catnip go crazy for our toys.
Surprise! You choose the color paring; the actual fabric patterns may vary from those shown. Each upcycled fabric toy is unique, just like our cats.
The scrappy details: We comb through the fabric scraps created by our pet bed production, selecting for size and paring each canvas piece with a coordinating minky fabric scrap "tail" that holds a jingle ball. To further reduce waste, small scraps of polyester batting (from our cat beds) are cut down into tiny pieces which add stability to the inside of each toy.
This process is time consuming, but we think it's absolutely worth it to reduce our environmental "paw"print.
